About these terms
Growthlife is written and run by Hervé Onanga Kingbo from Seoul, South Korea. It is published under the name Kingbo Holdings OÜ, an Estonian company to be formed in 2027. Until that company is registered, Hervé Onanga Kingbo is personally responsible for this site.

What the site offers
Growthlife publishes essays, a weekly email, free lessons, courses and working sessions on faith and entrepreneurship, and it accepts requests for speaking.
Everything here is teaching and personal experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it does not promise any business or financial result. Decisions about your company and your money remain yours; take professional advice where it matters.
Using the writing
The essays, lessons and images belong to Hervé Onanga Kingbo or to those who allowed their use. You are welcome to read them, share links, and quote short passages with the source named.
Please do not republish them in full, sell them, or present them as your own without written permission.
The Monday brief and free lessons
Both are free. You can stop them at any time by replying to any email or writing through the contact page.
Courses and working sessions
The price is shown before you pay, and payment is taken by PayPal. A place in a course or a session is confirmed when payment is received.
- Courses. You may ask for a full refund within fourteen days of payment, provided you have attended no more than one session.
- Working sessions. You may move a session once, free of charge, with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. A session cancelled at least forty-eight hours ahead is refunded in full.

Books and other products
Books are sold and delivered by Amazon, and the research file by Payhip. Those purchases are made with them, under their terms, including their rules on delivery and returns.
Speaking requests
Sending a speaking request does not create a booking. A date and a fee are confirmed only when agreed in writing.
What you send us
When you write through a form, give true details and write only on your own behalf. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or belonging to someone else.
Links to other sites
The site links to Amazon, Payhip, PayPal, Substack, YouTube and other services. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they contain or do.
No guarantee
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here removes rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If they change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
